Chef Halei Taylor’s deep appreciation for continental cuisine was developed at a young age. Growing up in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, she was exposed to a variety of foods that would fuel her lifelong passion for cooking. She began her culinary career working from home and expanding to what we now today call 88 and Orange. Halei has been cooking for as long as she can remember, and was always in the kitchen with her mom, grandma, and aunts. Halei loves food and tries to find new interesting ways to work along with normal everyday foods to make the familiar more fun. The reason she likes to cook, is simple - it makes people happy. It's a simple thing to share that people always appreciate. Who can have a bad day when there is food involved?
